**************STORY IN DESCRIPTION BOX***********Alexandria was sitting in the school's cafeteria with her boyfriend, Stan.Yes that's right, boyfriend.He officially asked her that morning while she, Nick and Stan were showing Miley the way to her first class......................... ..........................................."um...are you serious?" she'd asked completely shocked.Stan frowned and lowered his head "well, yeah""bugger, now you've gone and done it." Alexandria thought to herself, "now he thinks your disgusted by him or something. The poor boy. Just put him out of his misery. Just say no.""yes" Alexandria'd said."what the hell? That wasn't the plan!!!" she yelled in her headBut it was too late now. She looked at Nick and for a moment she thought he might say something. Something chivalrous like in the old medieval times. Something like, "Nay Ye foul beast! Have ye no pride? Canst thou seeth that the fair lady wanteth nothing to do with ye? Now begon I say, and take the wench Miley with ye!"But after waiting an eternity for him to speak up and having him just stand there she finally accepted her fate."fine, your stuck in this god awful situation but that doesn't mean you cant get something out of it. Think now Alexandria, think." she'd told herself....................... ...............................................Now here she was, sitting in the cafeteria, inspecting her spilt ends while Stan talked for the both of them."and that's how I ended up coming to Frenswood" he said, finishing his story on how he'd come to the school."uh-huh" came Alexandria's mechanical response. It was all she'd been saying for the past couple of minutesTrying to get her attention Stan brought up another subject."so the theatre team's having a play tonight, midsummer's night dream, we should-"At that moment Alexandria saw Nick and Miley enter the cafeteria and threw her head laughing loudly and uncontrollably."are you okay?" Stan asked concerned"hahaha. OH STAN. YOUR SOOOOO HILARIOUS!" she practially yelled so Nick and Miley could hear her. Unfortunately they were the only ones who noticed her, everyone else in the cafeteria stopped what they were doing to stare at her."sorry" she whispered and but her voice seemed to echo nonetheless in the completely quite room.The noise in the cafeteria picked back up again.Nick and Miley walked to their table which, apart from Stan and Alexandria, was otherwise empty."hey guys!" Miley greeted them cheerfully and sat down across from them.Nick smiled briefly at Alexandria and sat down next to Miley, acknowledging Stan with a nod."gosh. You guys are the cutest couple ever! Arent they just the cutest Nick?" Miley asked"yeah...yeah I guess-" he replied"they are definitely the cutest" she said answering her own question"uh...thank you?" Alexandria said hesitantly. The whole having a boyfriend thing was still very much new and different for her, it was taking a while to learn the rules of dating."so did we interrupt anything? You seemed to be having a great time when we came in" Miley said referring to Alexandria's hysterical laugh from before."oh just...well you know how it is...Stan just makes me laugh ALL the time" Alexandria turned to Stan and grabbed his hand, looking at Nick out of the corner of her eye "he's just so different from any other guy I know."Nick stiffened and looked down at the blue Formica cafeteria table.Stan looked at Alexandria very puzzled but pleased by her sudden compliment. He wasn't sure how exactly he'd made her laugh but he was happy that he had."also we were discussing the new play that the theatre kids are putting on tonight. And I think we should go to it." Stan said.Alexandria beamed at Stan "what a wonderful idea!""thanks" he said smiling back"our first double date!" she saidThe smile faltered on Stan's face "um I was thinking more along the lines of just the two of us-""so are you guys in?" Alexandria asked the question to Nick and Miley but her eyes were locked on Nick.Miley gave a little squeal "count us in! what time does it start at?""it's at 8:00 pm." Stan answered defeatedMiley stood up, waiting for Nick to do the same "great we'll see you there" Nick looked up and immediately caught Alexandria's eye"you can still stop this" she said to him through her eyes "it's not too late."But he just got up and walked away with Miley.She watched them walk away.Stan cleared his throat "so I guess I'll pick you up at 7:45?"The bell rang signalling the end of the lunch periodShe nodded her head "see you at 7:45 then"He leaned over to kiss her and she let him. The kiss was very awkward, neither of them knew what to do with it so after a couple of seconds Alexandria broke away."I have to get to class" she said hurriedly, walking away and leaving him standing in the cafeteria.WOW. ALEXANDRIA'S A BIATCH WHEN SHE WANTS TO BE. LOL.
