CHANNEL CLONING: a possible fix for you

Hey Everyone...I've noticed that the cloning takes place with channels that have a lower case L in their channel name, or a capital i. The cloners simply create a new channel name and substitute the letters with a letter that looks like it...YouTube's font makes it impossible to determine if someone has a lowercase L or a capital i in their channel name!The offending channel cloners then copy videos/backgrounds and channel description and/or they go to subs/friends of the channel they cloned and post derogatory remarks, etc...I've already created my OWN clone for danielbonairemusic..but instead of the L after the e...I made it a capital I...and so no one can then create a clone of my channel. Earlier this year..someone took this channel and transposed the "sm" with "ms" and made it look like me..Instead of DsmB2007 they created a DmsB2007.If you have a lowercase L in your channel name...it may be wise to just create a dummy account for yourself and in that way, NO ONE can create a CLONE of your Channel.It doesn't help the few who've had this happen to them..but it may help safeguard yours!!Earlier this year..someone took this channel and transposed the "sm" with "ms" and made it look like me..Instead of DsmB2007 they created a DmsB2007. I would recommend you take a look at your channel name and perhaps create a few clones that are similar to it. Just like the big companies that have reserved many .COM names similar to their own..so that if people misspell their company name they'll still hit a .com that they own!All the best..daniel
