NEW YORK -- Respected journalist Dominic Carter, host of NY1's popular Inside City Hall show, as you've never seen him. Carter is fired up as he addresses members of the National Alliance on Mental Illness. NAMI had gathered at NYC's South Street Seaport for a "NAMIWalk" across the Brooklyn Bridge.
